Cancellation policy

Pre-Order and Purchase Cancellation & Refund Policy 
For all pre-orders, all sales are final and cannot be refunded. Pre-orders are advance purchases for products not yet in inventory or currently out of stock. By placing a pre-order, you agree to the following terms:
  • No Cancellations or Refunds:
    Once your pre-order is placed, it cannot be canceled or refunded for any reason.
  • Exchanges:
    Exchanges are only allowed if your item arrives defective due to manufacturer error or is damaged in transportation. To request an exchange, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your item, providing clear photos of the damage or defect.
  • No Other Exceptions:
    We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons other than manufacturing defects or shipping damage.
