At All 4 God Hawaii, all sales are final. Because many of our items are made-to-order, limited edition, or pre-order exclusives, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless there is a documented issue with your order.
When We Will Help
We will issue a replacement or store credit if:
- Your item arrived damaged or defective
- You received the wrong item
To be eligible, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with the following:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item
