Buyer-Paid Shipping

Shipping is paid by the buyer on every order unless an expressly advertised shipping promotion applies.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address, package, and available shipping method.

We do not offer ongoing free shipping or a standing free-shipping minimum. Any promotional shipping offer will be clearly identified with its applicable terms and conditions.

Processing and Production

  • In-stock orders normally ship within 3–5 business days.

  • Pre-orders and made-to-order products generally require approximately 6–8 weeks of production before shipping, plus transit time.

  • Holiday production and shipping timeframes may be longer.

These timeframes are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. If shipping is delayed, we will provide the notices and any cancellation or refund options required by applicable law.

We ship throughout Hawaiʻi and the U.S. mainland. International shipping is not currently available.
