Ordering & Pre-Orders
What is a pre-order?
A pre-order means your item is made specifically for you after you place your order. This allows us to offer exclusive designs in limited quantities without overproducing. Once the pre-order window closes, production begins and your item ships approximately 6–8 weeks later.
Can I cancel or change my pre-order?
All pre-order sales are final. Because these items are made to order, we cannot accept cancellations, changes, or exchanges once an order is placed. Please review your size selection carefully using the size chart before ordering. If you have sizing questions, text us at (808) 368-4214 before placing your order.
What if the pre-order date is extended?
If a pre-order window is extended, we will notify all customers who have already placed orders via email. Your order is secure regardless of any date changes.
How do I know what size to order?
Each product page includes a size chart. Please measure yourself and compare to the chart before ordering — especially for pre-order items, since all sales are final. For additional help, text us at (808) 368-4214.
Shipping
Do you ship within Hawaii?
Yes! We are a Hawaii-based brand and ship throughout the Hawaiian islands. Standard shipping applies.
Do you ship to the US Mainland?
Yes, we ship to all 50 states. Please allow additional transit time for orders outside of Hawaii.
How long does shipping take?
For in-stock items, orders typically ship within 3–5 business days. For pre-order items, please allow 6–8 weeks for production plus standard shipping time. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We offer free shipping on orders over $75 within the US.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong item. If either of these applies, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at (808) 368-4214 (call or text) with a photo of the issue and your order number.
What if my item arrived damaged?
We are so sorry if your order arrived damaged. Please text us at (808) 368-4214 with your order number and a clear photo of the damage within 7 days of receiving your package. We will make it right.
Products & Design
Are your designs exclusive?
Yes. Every design sold at All 4 God Hawaii is exclusive to our brand. You will not find these designs anywhere else. Many items are limited edition and will not be restocked once sold out.
Will sold-out items come back?
Some items are truly limited edition and will not return. Others may be offered in a future pre-order round. Follow us on Instagram @all4god_hawaii to be the first to know about restocks and new releases.
What does my purchase support?
A portion of every purchase goes directly to supporting keiki (children's) ministry in Hawaiʻi. Your purchase helps build a faith foundation for the next generation. Mahalo for your support — it means everything to our ʻohana.
